RCB and REFBACK in the ptc world

i am not new to the paid-to-click world. in forums, i saw many times the terms RCB and REFBACK. i have never paid attention to that and was never interested to see what it was. now, thanks to mylot forum i know that i can get a decent answer to my questions, and here they are: what those terms means? i guess it's something with deals but i don't know more than that.... for those who experience it: is it something trusted? please, give me all details and your own experience so i will decide if it's good for me.. thanks in advance!
