All is well or al izz wel. I've got that from an indian movie entitled 3 idiots. I think I need it now. If there is something wrong with every situation and you can't handle it anymore just utter these words "ALL IS WELL"...The reason for this is you are actually telling your heart that everything will be okay and there's nothing to be afraid of. It is the brain who controls the emotions that's why you say this to your heart. That's the explanation the actor told his 2 friends.

3 idiots is a very good and successful movie, It's a story of young man for whom knowledge is more important than College degree, and over the period he comes out to be more successful and satisfied than the college degree holders.
The movie gives us a message to be postive in all situation and saying "Al izz Wel" to yourself helps to do so.
