I just love this movie, it's quite sad but uplifting at they same time.. It was very interesting and I never get tired of watching Meg Ryan and Nicolas Cage together, they have great chemistry and they acted their parts well.

I really like and enjoy Nicolas Cage. I cannot stand Meg Ryan. I don't see what people see in her. She can't act, she is a ditz. Now Nicolas Cage is very engaging, funny, interesting, etc. She is, at best, a two bit comedic actress. The movie you speak of was good and probably one of few really good ones she did.

I guess we will have to agree to disagree on Meg. I have Season of the Witch coming next from Netflix. Nicolas Cage is in it.

Yeah, I love Nicolas cage too, he is very versatile and i love all the movies he's been in.. I like Meg Ryan though, not really love her, but I would watch her movies, if someone gets me a copy. 
I love the pairing of meg Ryan and Tom Hans the best.

Yes,I love that movie too.I fact it's one of my favorite in my collections.A great love story, imagine an Angel had sacrificed his immortality just to be with his love.
A really touching love story performed by two great actors.

For me it is a movie of two halves. The first half as it explores the world of angels walking amongst us is good and the chemistry between Cage and Ryan is spot on. But whilst I like the twist at the end it all seems a little heavy handed as if director Brad Silberling is forcing scenes to try and pull an emotional response. Shame because if he had let the emotion come naturally, instead of manufacturing it with over stylized scenes it would have been an all round good movie.

This is an interesting movie. I've watched this before but I was a kid then so I didn't mind understanding the whole thing. I thought it was just a plain love story and such. If ever it is featured again on HBO I'll definitely watch it.

I heard of this movie long ago though I still haven't watch it yet.Seriously.
This is one of my mother's favorite movie.I wish I could watch it=)
If I'm not mistaken the theme song of City of Angels is Iris by googoodolls right?
