I have been having bed sores for the past few days. i read you can get bed sores from too much pressure on the skin. I'm wondering why I'm having this since i can usually sit long hours without getting bed sores. i just sat on for like under an hour I can already feel I'm getting sores on the back of my legs. how can i get rid of this discomfort?

hi gelay07 :) Bedsore usually develop when such area of the skin had been exposed to a tremendous amount of pressure for a long time. I suppose the skin at the back of your legs had been disrupted. I advice to keep that area clean and dry at all times (we don't want to cause infection right there, do we?) and I also would advice you to change your sitting position at the moment while you are experiencing such discomfort. Try to sit with your feet elevated and your knees bended; that way the back of your legs are exposed to open air. Also, changing positions frequently would really help. If such matters worsen, I would advice you to visit a doctor then. Cheers, ria, batteries not included.
