PTC : WASbux.com SCAM..??

Two month before I registered at WASbux a PTC website. In this website Payout minimum is $2; and I reached that Payout some 1 week before I think. It is mentioned that all payment processes will be done within 24 hrs, till now I didn't get my payment..! Now I doubt this could be a SCAM one.. Whether anyone got paid from this site ?? What is your opinion about this...

I'm not familiar with the site. also check in their forum (if there's any) about discussions of members if they are getting paid or not. Consider it a scam if they don't have a forum site or they don't answer your message in 2 days.
