Having an optimistic attitude can mean the dissimilarity between living a life full of contentment and happiness and living a life full of despair and sadness. Your attitude will determine what you will practice in life regardless of the actual situations. If there is one thing you can work on that will change your life, it is your attitude. Always feed your mind with positive substantial, you will develop a solid optimistic attitude and once you have that, your life will never be the same again.

I do agree. Your attitude is very important. It is very frustrating for me because I have severe depression and have a contented and happy attitude is pretty foreign to me. Developing a solid optimistic attitude is very important in illnesses too. I think this is a great thing to practice.

That is what I kept tried doing. I know I deserve so much in life but still I feel so incomplete. But there are so many people, most of all my children that gives me all the positive vibes that someday things will be just fine if I must follow the right direction and follow my heart. That it only takes one more final decision for me to get to where I need to belong. One final step and I am already there. I just need a little more time to give it space for things to go smoothly without any complications. I am very optimistic knowing that I got all takes to live life however I want to. Good day.
