So, I was born in the 80's and rememeber some of the real candy pop music. You know, the sugary kind ;) Well, because of my sister I do. Anyways, I grew up listening to new kids on the block, backstreet boys , janet jackson..the list goes on and on. Anyways, I saw the new kids on the block and backstreet boys perform together this summer, which was amazing!! And it left me thinking about how fun the 80's were, there actually was love at first sight, well through music at least hehe. Now, for some reason I find myself wanting more renditions of "CoverGirl" and "Stop It Girl." Do you ever find yourself in a time warp and what songs do you miss most?

I was born in 78 and so i too grow up with the songs of the 80s. Yes music then was really cool and oh the fashion is cotton candy as well. Very colorful. I love the songs of Fra Lippo Lippi, Debbie Gibson, Madonna, etc! I danced to songs. I used to dance everywhere my mother would bring me. Every two years we had our family reunion and each family should give an intermission number. I would volunteer and dance! Oh those 80s songs are cool.

Hi missmagik! I always miss the old music. I still listen to them once in a while. I've got a lot of downloaded music from the 80's and 90's and I don't plan on deleting them ever! I'm actually listening now to some songs of Michael Jackson, All Saints, Steps, and many others. The other week I was listening to old songs of Sheryl Crow, Garbage, Steps, and Cranberries. I like Backstreetboys and Janet Jackson, too. I have some of their songs in my cellphone.
