why does people easily get angry?

In my case, I am easily get angry when i saw a mistake even in such very little thing. I put up into my mind that I am angry too much. I can't easily controlled my temper. How can I stop this kind of behavior?

Maybe you are too strict to yourself as well as to others. You want everything to be perfect. Yet, this does not happen in real life because we always make mistakes. As long as we learn from mistakes, there is nothing wrong for us to make mistakes and you have to find this normal in order to control your temper.

i think its normal that we can not easily control our angry and our temper,sometimes if i am really angry i cried especially when i can not release that angry feeling in my heart,so instead to control it i will choose to walk out pr leave for a minute.
