Liking what you really like..

This is just one of the things I randomly think about. Honestly, I figured this out through myself, like examining what's within you. So, I thought about the things we like and get involved in. I could consider some of the things I'm involving myself into two categories: the one I passionately like and the ones I was just influenced and just for the sake of being part of the "cool" trend. The first one is healthy and more enjoyable for you and the other one could also give an advantage but also not good when after a long time, the effect on you is not good anymore (when it comes to that, you'll have to let go). Okay, so scratch the "influence" part, when it's just about forcing yourself to be this and that for bragging rights. What I think is, you're going to be way cooler if you're going to be your own self and the unique you. That is where all the awesome things come in. Sorry, if this is kind of messed up, but to shorten it all. Listen to what is really within you. :)

You just think too much. If you like something, you'll know it, that's it. You don't have to examine what's running through your head because more often, what's obvious is the right answer more often.

Yes. I think I do think too much sometimes. And you also have a point.

Awww. thanks. Maybe, I'm also just at the point of my life where I'm really confused. Ugh. But, things would be better. ;)

You're right, there's always external influences always stopping you from being who you are and allowing you to accomplish what you want to achieve. It's hard to be yourself when those around don't understand or share your similarities such as in my case right now. But be patient, there will be a time when you can shine. I'm waiting till school's over and when I've got a chance to be myself, I will take the opportunity.

Yes yes! My case is almost the same as yours too. After college, I would have to pursue how I want my life to be also. :)

The thing that I very successful at is traveling to different countries in the world. It is my passion to explore other places and meet the local people. I love to see the native wildlife. I am keen on tropical islands and cities with attractive looking architecture. I have a vegan diet and really love animals. I have two pet dogs and adore them. I think that animals are lovely and need to be treated very well. I like to go for walks along thre seashore and in the countryside. I enjoy taking photos and writing stories. I like to collect things like dolls from around the world and postcards. I have to do some things like go to a bar, see a scary mover or watch football and I don't like to do those activies. I eat vegan food and don't like to sit around people eating meat though I do have to often.

Yes, FickleSky. I think it is a little bit messed up. But you are right about it. We need to be just ourselves. Freedom is good to feel.

Thank you for pointing out that it's really messed up. I really need to work on presenting my ideas. :) Yes. It's good to be free and at the same time, doing something good for everybody and to your country.

I think what matters is knowing when to follow trends and when to follow yourself. There's a fine line between the two and when you follow too much trends you tend to lose yourself. Sometimes it's all about what really makes you feel good inside. Personally, I like to stick to what I like... until I get influenced. HA!
