If you need healthy hair have roasted soya, soya milk, 2 almond, 1 tomato, 1 walnut, 1/2 tea spoon flex seed 1 glass milk, paneer daily. Do oiling 3 times in week in night time and wash in morning. eat zukeni salad. drink 10 glass of water daily.
