Invitation of foreign investment in our real estate will be another alternative?

On my previous discussion, I question whether our real estate market will ever be recovered. But unanimous replies would be "no". With current wobbling economy, it is unlikely for our employment rate to return to the normal standard. And the population growth won't be all in a sudden. Especially we are tightly control on illegal immigrant issue. So, there is another alternative I recently discovered. Invitation of foreign investments in our land, letting foreigners to invest in our housing market. There are will be thousands of rich Chinese investors love to pour in some money to buy some lands, and house units, since we already have oversupply of houses which is empty occupancy. What do you think of it?
