Good day airamtheb. Thanks for sharing this with us. I love fruit salad, next to ice cream. Where can we get this buco and pandan extract? I'd very much love to try it. Yes, it does sound heeeeeeeeeeeeeavenly!

If you are from malaysia, thailand, philippines or some places in southeast asia, it is easier for you to have this kind of fruit salad, however, the dragon fruit is seasonal. As for buco, it abounds in the above-mentioned places and so with pandan.As for the pandan extract, like mcormick - you can buy it in mall supermarkets.If you want a truly nutritious salad, i suggest, you prepare your own fresh pandan extract than commercial one then mix it with fresh buco, dragon fruit and add condensed milk.....it so yummmmy!!!

Thanks a mil airamtheb! I will do just that. I'm really hungry for this kind of food right now. Btw, I've tried making fruit salad with condensed milk and whipped cream cheese, it's out of this world, too. Now,with your recipe, I'll be up there, with wings, bwahahaha.

your recipe sound interesting,before this i just adding dragon fruit with orange with some ice cube.
just make the taste like orange with red color.love it.u should try too
about buco pandan. i never heard of it.hehe

Hi there!
Buco Pandan already tastes great for me and adding dragon fruit I guess will surely make it a lot better giving it a twists... I haven't tried that one but I will consider after reading your post since I already heard a lot of great things about dragon fruit...
