Can you lay down your life for a friend?

You can be the unsung hero of all times when you can afford to lose your life for your dear friend. Are you willing to do it without running after your friend whom you have laid your life? Your soul might not rest in peace because you had realized that he had sacrificed for his friend yet it is just nothing for the one who have been thought of...is it not ironic?

I don't think I can do that for any friend. I love my friends but I love my life more than them so I just can't imagine giving my life for one of them.

Hey sacrificing life for one's friend is concerned I feel the world has changed. Now a days people don't even care for their family members forget about friends. We have become so very busy and saturated in our own personal things that we hardly have time to think about others. As far as friendship is concerned I don't think there are people who will sacrifice their life for others.
