time management on the internet

How much of your total time on the internet (in %) do you spend on specific sites (like google, facebook, twitter, mylot, yahoo, etc)?
plz specify one (or more) sites that you think you visit regularly!
also list a site that you couldn't possibly live without?

I am new to mylot :) Personally,I spent around 1- 2 hours or so on facebook.But sometimes,I find myself hooking it for more than four hours.I definitely cant live without facebook though it gets boring sometimes.

I spend 4-5 hours updating my blog - so I visit blogger, linkbucks, adfly, uploading, mediafire and oron for them. I rest for about 4-5 hours for sleep and at night, I spend around 6-8 hours for MyLot. On the Weekends, I don't update my blog. I only visit MyLot at night with the same number of hours.
