How do you decide what classes to take?

I am finishing out my Bachelor's Degree so that I can get a Doctorate in another field. I have taken a lot of college classes and have an Associates Degree in the same program. I am anticipating at least 72 credits to transfer - hoping for at least 90. The college has received all of transcripts, but have not completed the review. I have until August 28th to register for classes that start on September 5th. I am trying to wait until my transcripts are reviewed to enroll but my advisor is saying classes are filling up and I should enroll in something. Looking over the list though, other than the senior business seminar and two other classes (which I need them to fill out my transfer credits to apply for), I have taken a version of every other class on the list.
I'm getting frustrated
What should I do?

Flip a coin. If there is nothing specific you do or don't want then it doesn't matter much either way. =)
That or try and get courses that help each other out, that's what I did for my physics course, so hopefully I can specialise abit and get better grades. =)
Hope that helps.
