Traffic exchanges no use for me.

.As to work on with ptc sites we need referrals . For referrals we need to promote our links in traffic exchanges but i want to say i dont had time to spend with traffic exchanges. U all know traffic exchange mainly in 1:1 ratio if we click only we wil get back visitor to our link. Im already working on ptc sites and i register in ten of traffic exchange sites but i dont had time to go those sites. So im in lack of direct referrals i had a blog and i want to advertise in traffic exchange but i dont had time to spend with. Any good idea to get direct referrals other than traffic exchanges friends plz help me .
