Many a times in our lives we must have done something to help our friends which gives us a feeling of accomplishment .This is not something to boast though because friends are there for friends to help and guide . But some crucial instances in his/her life must have been saved and taken care by you which makes you proud in his eyes and to the rest of the world . You realise that you have proved the proverb true : "a friend in need is a friend indeed"

Yes, i do have some intances where i helped a friend in need an that i am proud of the help that i had rendered to my friend. It was during my college years, where there were almost tons of requirements piling up on the same deadline it was like, roughly 5 major requirements from 5 different subjects and it was really a hard time compiling those stuffs since we were on our last years in college, my friends couldn't endure the pressure and leaving them behind from 5 they only accomplished 2 requirements that was almost hitting the deadline. Since i couldn't stand just looking at them with frustration, i helped them complied their requirements since they had least knowledge on what they were really doing and that i was the only "techy" in our class, so. i helped them patched up with the things that's need to be done and then we all both submitted the requirements on time. It was for me the most, meaningful and the most help that i am really proud of doing because not only did i helped them, we both(the group) graduated with our degree by helping one another. Have a great day!

That's true sometimes we don't get help when we need ourselves but we should do or give anyone without thinking about the return we will get back .

Yes and that was when i was in a standard v in St Pauls. It was a rainy day.I was already late for school that day. While i was hurrying for the class i saw my friend getting back from the nearby local market. When i asked him he told me that his mother was seriously ill and he couldn't get the medicine beacuse the money his father gave was short.I had with me Rs.100(indian money) given by my father to pay my school fees that day.Without second thought i offered him the money. He was hesitating to take it,as he knew my father's ill temper. But i insisted on him to buy the medicine for his mother.I was afraid to go back home.On reaching home i was afraid to tell it to my father..but to my surprise i was greeted with smile from my family. They already knew about my humble work on that day. That was my happiest moment of my life.

hi rollylolly:) I can't say anything that I'm proud of helping my friends, but I make sure that if they need a hand and need someone on their side I'm always there for them to support and help them however I can, if that's a thing that I should be proud of then I should say I'm a friend in need indeed.
