Do you eat your pizza with knife and fork?

When I'm outside and I'm with guests, I eat my pizza with knife and fork. When I'm at home just chillin, I use my bare hands and be as messy as possible. I just love pizza so much that I can eat it in more ways than one.

So I am Italian, in my country, actually use to eat pizza with a knife and fork. However, for every country that you visit, the customs you find are different. I am not surprised at all that other countries of the world, the pizza is eaten with hands. However, you should know that to me, I just need a knife and fork to cut the pizza. then the cut piece, brought it to mouth with my hands

Knife and fork are usually used if you don't want to get your hands messy, but sometimes using them takes the fun and enjoyment away. Some pizza may give grease to your hand, but you can always hold one with a paper towel, a plate, or something that would not make your hands or your table messy. I usually eat pizza with my hands and it is good to eat a slice that way. Lots of time, I have paper towel with it for greasy pizza.

Well, I sometimes eat my pizza with an knife and fork just because eating them with your hands can get kind of messy and will leave your fingers covered in grease and pizza crumbs. So when I'm in the mood for staying clean, I like to eat with a fork and knife! Happy MyLotting!

Hi, I don't eat pizza in hotels. We generally order for home delivery of pizza. So we eat pizza with bare hands. I have never eaten pizza with knife and fork.

I will usually use a knife and fork, when eating pizza. I don't always use a knife and fork. Sometimes, I will simply use my hands to eat my slice of pizza, but I think that, more often than not, I will use a knife and fork.

I can enjoy pizza whether I eat with pork and knife or by hands. What is important is the pizza is at the table and all ready for eating. I do eat pizza sometimes with my hands but also sometimes with fork and knife. It depends on my mood. But eating pizza does not depend on my mood because I am always in the mood for pizza. Ha!ha!ha! I happen to eat pizza with a knife and a fork. Especially when it's hot. There is no way I'm going to tolerate hot pizza and struggle trying to bite of the end before the cheese drops into my plate when I can stab it with a fork and cut up the part I like to eat. Besides, that way, I can keep my hands clean.

However pizza or pizza restaurants are a level below the big fancy restaurants, that is a luxury restaurant is not never eat pizza, so eating with hand is normal, as the same pizza restaurant to eat crabs or oysters with hand, so you bring back and fragrant napkin to wipe your hands. I eat pizza with hand wherever I am. Require to be portioned pizza and then eat by hand. Not too cut knives in restaurants, and I risked to put my pizza in lap, and salivary, at her side.

I cut up my pizza in slices and eat the pieces with my hands if possible. It gives a more pleasurable eating experience. When there is a large size pizza it is good to slice it up for more people to enjoy it together.

hi:) I always eat my pizza with my hands,I also saw some people eating pizza with knife and pork especially if they eat on the restaurant, maybe that's the proper thing, but because I grew up here in the Philippines and in our home we usually eat it with our bare hands, I think it's easier.

I like to eat it with my hands because it's easier to manage. I think with a knife and fork the cheese and the bottom crust gets separated and it gets messy! I've never seen anyone eat pizza with a knife and fork though, but that's not shocking to see. Hmmm, pizza is so good. O:)

The only time that I use a knife and fork for pizza is if it to hot when I get it. In that case, being to impatient to wait for it to cool, I'll use a knife and fork.

I am never that polite with my pizza unless it is too hot too handle or messy to eat. I have always eaten my pizza without utensils. the first time i went to a pizza restaurant and they gave me a knife and a fork to eat the pizza with i wondered why. I guess there are some people who will cut up their pizza with a fork and eat it. that takes the pizza eating fun away from it for me.

In a restaurant, I always eat pizza using knife and fork. I even use fork and knife for big hamburgers and hotdogs sandwiches. I just use my hands if I'm at home eating a delivered pizza. Me and my family use fork most of the time specially when we are dining out. And I don't find it weird since most of the people eating in restaurant are doing the same thing.

I used to eat pizza with knife and fork,but then I realized that it was much more comfortable to eat it with my bare hands,and I also noticed many people doing that,so I decided to change my habit and give up the fork and knife.It's certainly easier to eat it with my hands.

i think it depends. i don't eat pizza much now, but its funny reading this question made me laugh, as i realised that when i used to order pizza from a take away i used to eat it with my hands, but when i bought it from a supermarket and cooked it, then i felt like we had to eat it with a knife and fork, like it was a "proper" family meal. i think the idea of pizza is that its a very easy convenient food, and it would be a shame if we tried to create rules around how it should be eaten. so i think we should eat it however we want to.

I usually eat pizza with my hands but I can never finish a whole pizza so I keep it for later. I usually warm it up and thats when I eat it with a knife and fork because it's too hat to use my hands. However when I go to a resturant and get pizza, I will first try a knife and fork but if everything just keeps falling off I will start to use my hands. it all depends and the pizza and how hot it is.
