What to do with hair fall?

I have a problem with hair fall here since one month of stay here in KSA. I don't know about their water seems like it's the reason why our hair is falling, or maybe our shampoo? What do you do with your hair when every time you took shower it falls out, maybe min 7-10 strands each shower?

my bf had the same problem and i told him to use a hair product from loreal i think. it was good. i do not remember the name but i am sure there was one and there was a description so it wont be that hard to find.

Yes, Loreal shampoo is a good one. I've tried it before and I liked it compared to other shampoos. Maybe I'll try it again. Thanks.

If the water contains some heavy metal ion,then stop using the water.Don't use the shampoo too often.And don't use hot water!

I've already done that. I'm not using shampoo everyday. I'm alternating it with a conditioner. I don't use also hot water. Anyways thanks. Maybe it's water I guess...

I think eating fibrous food might arrest hair fall. Eat more fruits that are rich in fiber. Hair fall is of course quite natural and it happens by age. It is beyond our control at times too.

I also suffered from a lot of hair fall. I used Pantene Hair Fall Shampoo and Conditioner and it works for me. However last month, I'm beginning to notice a lot of falling hair again. I also want to know how can I solve this problem.
