i want to sleep , badly .....

i am so tired that i need a sleep, i nice relaxed one but i just cannot. what to do. i have a daughter and i have to give my angel some time. when i am too down, my hubby hubby helps me fully and take away our daughter to play and gives me time, but then i do not know i am not relaxed , i cannot sleep. i need medicine to sleep and relax my body and brain. sometimes i want to have a nice body massage and sleep and sleep the whole day. but i never get that opportunity or time. what to do? i do not even get my eight hours sleep daily. so i am so tired every day. my neck sometimes cannot take the weight of my head . i need a collar. my head feels as if it is tied round and round with a barbed wire.

Oh no...you should take a good rest before starting anything because due to lack of sleep may result in stress and your health will become worst. You are dragging your tiredness day after day, your mood should not be very good indeed from the way you convey the message. I don't know how do you cope with this kind of situation but at least you must find a way to settle this. I can imagine you walk like a zombie... Just show some concern over your situation and I'm not pretend to be a doctor...seriously.

I know the feeling especialy with a little one. It seems like you will never see the light at the end of the tunnel and you just want to cloooosssee your eyes. If you do you very well might just doze off, but if you are like me I would jolt awake and worry about all that I have to do and feel guilty. I would try something like valerian root or melatonin. They both are very safe and work very well. They do not put you out so much that you won't wake up if something happens and they are herbs not rx. Hope this helps.
