Comment Boxes became TRASH BOXES?

i went to a place today where i found comment boxes. i wondered whether the boxes were full because the place had many people. guess what i found? so many trashes!
i find it really stupid. people just dont really care that much about these things. i mean, you know one can read that it is really for comment boxes. why put the traches in there?
do you think you would do the same? or have you done the same?

Sometimes it could be upbringing

Sadly people who do this just don't care and are too lazy to find a trash bin. I would not do this at all as I find it to be disrespectful. I would never toss it outdoors either and find it odd sometimes that people discard trash a few feet away from the trash bins.

hmmm...i still find it really stupid though. but anyway, i guess that situation will be more understandable but knowing that the trash bin is just next to the comment box, why would they put the trashes in the comment box? do they like somehow get confused which one is which without reading the labels?
it was awful.
