Anything special happened for you in this summer ?

Summer is hot in my city and frankly speaking, I haven't experience anything special in this summer up to this point. I hope that I will have special and happy summer that I will never forget. But all I can remember summer like that was many years ago when I was still young. The first love experience in a foreign country during a summer time was surely an experience that I wouldn't forgot. Walking along the riverside, enjoy ice cream and enjoy a great movie with your first love was a sweet experience. Although it was long time ago and I didn't end up marry with that girl, but still it was a sweet memory after so many years.How about you? Do you have a great summer experience in this year.

In June I had a lovely week in Yorkshire staying in Scarborough with my 4 year old disabled son and my 2 year old daughter. It was so very enjoyable and interesting to visit Hull, Whitby, an old castle, go on a steam railway and see Tropical World in Leeds. Summer in my home country is from June to August. Tomorrow we are going to the birthday party of a one year old boy.

I've been reading a book by Jane Austen- 'persuasion' and one book by Anne Brontë- 'the tenant of wildfell hall', which reminds me of Yorkshire and Scarborough. In the book the places are described as very beautifully. Are they that in real life as well? I reading these books in an English summerclass as an assignment. Have a wonderful day!

Yes, the places in the countryside near to Scarborough and Whitby are similar to the places Jane Austen and Anne Bronte wrote about. There have been some movies of these books and they get the scenery plus costume looking just right. Good luck with your assignment.

I have not had anything special happen to me this summer. I've been working and spending time on the computer,like on Mylot. I have not had any money to really do anything. The county fair is coming up and I might go to that at least!

I got lots of wonderful experiences this summer. I took advantage of this vacation and went beach hopping with my family. My family loves beach and we can't be happy without visiting our favorite beaches while on vacation. The children love to swim and do all sorts of water fun such as boating, snorkeling and a lot me. I do allow them to enjoy while I closely watch over them. They did almost all kinds of water fun and for as long as I see them enjoying I am happy. I make sure every summer is memorable not to me but to my whole family.

Well nothing really great happened this summer. The only out of ordinary that happened was I caught a summer cold which I had never caught. I mean cold and in summer, that is just so ridiculous. I am still recovering from it and it's still lingering 
It really sucks to be sick, especially have a nasty cold in the summer and all you have to sip on the whole day is hot water or herbal teas when it's burning hot outside

Yes this year we've been to boracay, it's a beautiful beach here in the Philippines, my cousins and my family together, we were so happy, one of the unforgettable that I wont surely forget my whole life. we got to bond there and create happy moments. amazing experience.

How I wish my summer was special but my vacation week always falls on the rainy season. During summer, I still work and make money. For the whole year, I would only have a 2 week vacation with my family during the last week of October to visit my Parents in the province.

Nothing special happened to me until now,i do hope i can meet my prince in the summer.Although summer is hot here,but i just like it.Make a good memory is wonderful,hope you encounter your lover as soon as possible.
