is Ipanelonline scam ?

i am member ipanelonline since 2 months ago. i get survey as much as 5x but i was only able to complete survey 1x. from various sources,ipanelonline is scam ? is it true ?

i have got payment many time from this site.. i think, you are not match for the survey. sometimes i also rejected and not get point. but sometimes i got the survey then collect the point..

really hard to complete a survey ipanelonline. according mywot, that site has a low rate. n mcafee just block that site.

yes, i also think sometimes the survey is not match with our job or our answer..
