Sometimes I cannot control my hand tremors. I have this called "pasmadong kamay" in our language. Well I don't like when I have hand tremors specially during working hours. I have tried to soaked it in warm water with salt. I don't know if it's helping though.

i used to have hand tremors when i was still in Philippines. i guess it was the stress of a lot things there that brought it. now that i live in London, a lot of things are easier to do. not so much physical stress. i think it is best to take vitamin b supplements.

I think also that vitamin B supplements can help, because it's for the nerves right? When I was also in the philippines my hands were easy to sweat because of the weather.

This is also a big problem of mine. I got those shaky and wet hands too. It can really be annoying whenever I handle some equipment or machine. My colleagues and friends can really notice how shaky my hands can be and it is a bit embarrassing to shake hands with people when you know that your hands is wet. Will soaking it in salty, warm water help reduce it? Maybe I should try that one out.

Yes, sometimes when the weather is Hot my hands easily sweat but not that sweaty. What I do, I put powder in my handkerchief and when needed I used it in my hand. Try the hot water thing, it's relaxing and you will not loose anything if you'll try.

It's the first time I've seen this term "kesemutan". What is the language in your country? I also don't know the explanation regarding the warm water but the elders are the one's who are advising to do that in our country.

Sometimes I do have shaky hands. I happens always when I feel hungry or I'm very tired. I know that people with high blood pressure or diabetic people while they have low blood sugar can have hands tremors. I think you should consult your doctor and make some blood tests to find if everything serious going on. But this is not always the case as I said before that when I'm tired it happens to me.

If you are hypoglycemic it will really happen to you. When you are tired, you don't have enough glucose and energy in your body that is why your hands are shaky. In my case I think it's not related to blood glucose or energy in the body.
