Biometrics screening required by the health insurance

Aetna is the health insurance my workplace insured my fellow co - workers with. Now, I got a notification of biometrics screening on next week about our health analysis. I just afraid such screening might taken against us. You know what I am saying. Because the health insurance on the rise right now, they might find one or two health related problem against us, and take it to rise the premium price on us. Anyway, I won't mind they will take time to check up our health, but I just hate this idea of increasing our premiums. We just couldn't afford it.
