Can we use task program in mylot to use to get direct referrals for my ptc sites

I dont know whether im asking right or wrong. I had some money in mylot account. Can i open new task by asking direct referrals for my ptc sites. Is it allowed in mylot with its guidelines. Plz i dont know whether i can do or not. So for clarification im asking before i can open a task and how much can offer for a task.
