Feeding chocolates to your dog might be like a murder of the dog by you...:(

I hope your dog didn't die of the chocolates. My vet had advised me that if I wanted to feed my dog a treat, it was better if you gave them cheese with some sugar on top because they will love it and it's a nice substitute for those days we don't have doggy treats available. Even rice is not good for dogs because its so tasty that they won't eat dog food if you started them with rice and rice doesn't have protein that dog food usually have.

Chocolate is poisonous to cats and dogs. . .they should never eat any. You shouldn't even leave it around your house, because they might get into it by accident. I am sorry you learned this the hard way, but good for you for posting this--the more people who learn that chocolate is not safe for dogs and cats, the better.

I agree with that. People's food is not good for any animal. People's food god preservatives, seasons, and is more fatty for dogs or cats needs. There is so many sick animals because people feed them with not proper food. I remember one day I read in the newspaper that one woman feed her hamster by giving him pizza and hamburgers. Please don't do it for the sake of your animal friend.
