Job Interviewer: What are your weaknesses?

This is one of the most common questions in a job interview. Personally, i heard this question in all of the job interviews i attended, but sad to say until now i still don't know how (not what) to answer without making a bad impression to the interviewer. YOU, if you will be asked this question in a job interview, how will you state your answer without giving bad impression to the interviewer and assure yourself that you will still be hired even if you reveal your weaknesses?
