if you haven't seen the movie.. do not read this. ok? and if you DO read it, i cannot be held accountable for any anger at being told parts of the story! a fellow mylotter had a discussion, as to how the ending of this film, relates to the first film, where the apes rule the world. she stated that only 30 years max would have passed, and that kind of devestation could not have been caused.. well apparently they are making a third movie, so possibly it will be explained. however this wasn't the only flaw in the film! Ceaser obviously went and got the ALZ13, and popped the canisters and feed the gas to the other monkeys / apes / orangutan in the enclosure he was in. I'm assuming some of those apes / monkeys etc had more intelligence than the "generic" ones at the zoo, for example the orangutan could sign, to Ceaser, but obviously they all became super smart when they got the gas from the virus.. BUT.. how come when ceaser and his crew, released the apes from the zoo, they showed signs of intelligence too? For exmaple, the understood not to aimlessly kill humans, they understood Ceaser's every command when it came to the bridge etc, and when he said "Wait" and all that.. so why was it not made apparent that there was a distinct lack of intelligence? because i don't remember at any stage the zoo animals being feed the virus? what do you think of this?
