I thank you God for another day I thank you for my family and waking us up today I thank you for all time that you have gave me strength to hold on and not let go I have had my challenges I had my days of complaining because I thought that I was not going to make it, I thought that life was not fair to me because all the things that have come against me but I made it I made it through regardless of the fact you held me hand even when I felt like letting go you where there for me. I still had my days of panicing, but you told me to trust in you and I'm trying my best to do so even when I think I can do it on my own, you tell me to let you in I will because God I love you keep your hand on my family and continue to bless them continue to keep my household growing closer to you, protect us and shield us from the devil that tries to harm us, keep him locked in his cage away from us thank you God for your strength and your healing hands bless my family and friends my brothers and sisters uncles and aunts keep them close to you bless my grandparents that they shall be blessed. watch over my mother bring her back to me safe and sound bless my father that he may be ok, thank you God for your power and love.

The one who really thanks has reached a stage of being in communion with God and men. When a person reaches his genuine self he recognizes the goodness by which he has been surrouded by God, By the environment and by friends, animals and nature. The one who receives the glymses of God surrenders to accept and remains grateful. Thanking is not ritualism, nor a custim, nor a tradition bu it is the real discovery of God's goodness that envelops the self.

I wake up and thank god for each day. I thank god for each breath I breathe. Each day is a gift. Every person you know and love. Each choice made. God protects each and every person on earth. Each person should be thankful, but not everyone is.

Wow... very touching and thanks for sharing. As you said, God is always there every step of the way. I remember at reflection camp, there was a story which you have to include yourself and Jesus.
You and Jesus are walking on a peaceful beach having a conversation. You see two pairs of footprints, yours and Jesus'. Then the sky became stormy and all of a sudden you're all alone within the darkness under the rain. Then you see only one pair of foot prints. You call out to Jesus and ask "Why have you abandoned me?". The storm calms and Jesus appears and answers, "Because I carried you all the way".
That story touched everyone, including me and a few people cried. It was so touching. Your prayer truly reflects this story.

We should always be thankful for all the blessings and guidance.
There are lot of things that we need to say thanks to our LORD.
Some people only knows how to say thanks when they received a gifts or blessings,but forgot to say thanks when they are in trouble/problems, instead they asks why!

Amen to that! Thank you lord for everything, even for my daily challenges I accept it with all my heart because I know yo will guide me and in the end I will learn from it to make me a better and stronger person.

That is a good thing to start our day. We have to thank God for another day that He had given us. We always have the present so we have to be grateful for it. I thank God for being alive and being able to wake up again. God is good all the time. We just need to see all the positive sides of life. Thank you Lord for my family and friends. Thanks for all the problems and sorrows.
