I am undergoing a 3 months diet program and it is going end in within 3 weeks time. I have been trying to eat the right and healthy way for the past few months. The problem is I am getting bored of eating chicken. It is due to due to my limited knowledge and skill in culinary. Normally after I take the skin off, I just cook a chicken soup out of it. Is there any way that I can cook the chicken and at the same time it is still healthy? Is there any way to fry a chicken in a healthy way without worry to much about the oil?

Roasted chicken is wonderful and if you can roast t somewhere where the fat drips is better. Use it with skin, put salt and pepper to taste and a little bit of oil as you would use to grease a pan for a cake. You can quarter apples and place them on the side to bake with it, or inside if you wish. YUMMY!!! You can take the skin off to eat it, but the skin will not have any fat left and wll have a crunchy taste.

You can try grilling or baking the chicken.Just search up healthy ways to cook the chicken that way.You can fry the chicken using olive oil.Olive oil is healthier than those other oils but just make sure you know how to balance it i guess.

hi! you may steamed the chicken and just put salt on the water. You may also use corn oil or olive oil but I preferred corn oil.
