Generally, this is the last thing people do. We will not show interest to peep though ourselves and know our Strengths and weaknesses. Looking into one’s self, gives us a chance to estimate our self, which in its turn enables us to chalk out a Road map for the journey towards our goals.

you right, that the last people do. but for me now, that the first i'll do.
only another person can see about us. but that not mean they truly know what we can do or not. even if i know about my weakness, but if i have spirit, i can.
