Wellness depends on one’s physical and mental health. By maintaining a regular life style adopting a Vegan eating habits and regular exercising or yoga will keep one away from ailments. Even if you are a busy bee you have to stick to all the habits necessary for keeping fit. i like this saying of Edward Stanley. i am vegetarian but i can't say that the food that i eat is healthy. i just don't eat meat ( or any other animal including fish). i am aware to the fact that my food is not healthy and that i am worried too much about everything in life... so being vegetarian is not always equal to being healthy... maybe, thanks to you, i will think about it more now...
