I got an interview from Japanese company, is there any thing I have to pay attention to during the interview? Because I know nothing about the features of Japanese company.

Its best if you would research about Japanese culture, so that you would know what would please your employer and what would disrespect them. Also, know more about their company so that they would say that you're really interested in being a part of it. Good luck in your interview!
