I have been hearing about windows 8 does any body know when it is going to release. I know it is going to have a tablet like interface but will it be for desktops also??

Hi Even I have hear about it from mylot discussions. I have heard that it will be launch in 2012. (don't know exact duration) .. And It will be available for all the system .

Windows 8 will be officially released in 2012 to replace Windows 7 : it will be available for all platforms, desktops, laptops and for tablet PC. The tablet version will be probably successful, as tablet PC have not the same possibilities than PC today.

Hi topffer.. I am hearing this tablet pc name since long... Well I don't know exactly but is tablet pc means touch screen system ?? this is what it mean?

This windows 7 is not going to get released soon. It will possibly get released in the mid 2012. This as PC experts say will be having more feature than windows 7. The boot time also will be lesser than Windows 7 ..... For more info go to www.computerworld.com

Windows 8 will be very strong I think its release in 2012 Sleep is wonderful after Microsoft's Windows 7
