yes there are many sites which pays you for uploading files but they pays only when somebody downloads your file,they pays you according to the size of file and number of downloads,some sites are uploading dot com and ziddu,both of these sites are really paying and running from a long time so you can trust them.

i don't know if any site like that. if yes, i can't trust it. i have any site with system like that, but you got paid if any someone download your data. like ziddu, mediafire, 4shared, and many more. you can try it, but you need blog or other social network account to promoted your data. wish you luck.
