It has been quite a long time since I have signed into mylot, this summer has been crazy busy for me. My photography business has been good and I have really been enjoying the time spent with my family. My husband just started a new job which now gives him his days at home so that gives us more days to get out and do more family things.The kids go back to school in 8 days which I am so not ready for because it seems like summer has gone to fast and I am not ready for the snow to come.
I recently started a facebook account page for my photography and have been trying to get some more fans there since I am also now starting to sell some of my hairbows on there that I like to make in my spare time....I am curious do any of you have a facebook account either personal or business? If so how has it helped or hurt you? And if you do can you share your pages names so I can check them out? I have added my link to my profile page so if you would like please check it out and like us and also let me know what you think!! Thanks!

I am wondering if this is going to be deleted but will answer it none the less. I went to your Facebook page, liked it, and commented on some nice wedding pictures. Glad to hear this is going well for you. I remember when you were thinking of starting it and talked about going over to Facebook with a business site. The hairbows are pretty. Thanks for letting me know how you are doing on this.

I hope it doesn't get deleted for the sake of the ones who responded, I tried to not put any links or push myself but I haven't been here in awhile and I am sure the rules have changed so I need to go read them again to make sure I am following all of them before I start posting posts more and more. Thanks so much for liking my page, i really do appreciate and also thanks for the comments. I am not currently doing wedding because I am not fully eqipped for doing so but this was a close friend of the families wedding and I told her I would do it for the experience. She was a beautiful bride so that definately helped make the photos that much better. I am not sure where I want to go with the hairbows, I first started making them for and with my daughter and then we got so many that I thought about selling them but I am still on the fence with that one. I'm not on facebook but it is beginning to look like I will have no choice but to get on it if for nothing else than to get coupons that are more and more only being offered there by companies. I like to save as much as I can as much from just the money point of view as from being something I inherited from my father.

Good to see your name pop up again! I'm glad life has been treating you and your family so well.
I am very much ready to send the kids back to school! We all need that kind of schedule to follow in my house.

Oh cindy, that is perfectly alright that you dont have one. Even if someone does or you did have one I am not forcing you to like the page I was sorta just looking for ot the box feedback from people that I dont know Hahaha...thanks for your response.

Facebook is becoming more in business rather to be personal. I have many friends who are selling stuffs in the internet using facebook and it helped them a lot.

yes, i do agree with you steffanyc.. And i am one of them! Selling stuffs over the internet with the help of facebook.. Well, I can say, it is really a big help.. Because facebook is where people get togther with different religions &races from different parts of the world..

good to see you back friend. i also have a facebook page but it talks about my son and i started it during the time we were looking for someone who can help us with the operation. thank God and someone answered my call for help and now my son is doing very good now. i viewed your page and so as the photos you got there. wow, they are all wonderful and i love your works. keep it up.

Good to see you back! I’ve checked out your Facebook page; your photos are amazing! It looks to me as though you are doing what you are meant to be doing and using your gifts. Good on you, I wish you all the success. Here in Australia we are heading towards warmer weather as our winter season is about to end. I am looking forward to that because I hate the cold! As far as Facebook goes, I am on it but rarely use it because time often does not permit. Hope you get a lot of likes on your page, you’ve got mine!

I have facebook personal account and so far I liked it coz it keeps me connected to my friends! =) You just need to edit your privacy settings to avoid spammers sending you requests and so on plus be careful of facebook hackers good luck on your photography business! =)

I have a facebook account! But I haven't involved my account or any account into business or studies. But it's a really good tool if you have something to promote. I only promote my blog site there, but nothing else yet.

Hello there! Yes, I am on facebook. It is the most used social networking site here in my country. It is what I use to stay connected to my acquiantances, relatives and frineds. I also have other account in facebook where I sell some items and for business purposes. So far, both my accounts had been so helpful to me. Please send me a private message your facebook account. We are not allowed to pst links here in discussions, I guess.
