I did talking about something while sleeping. People laughed when they heard me. They thought I was awake, but wasn't. It happened for many years since I was young until high school. And now I rarely experience it. Only the times when I am so exhausted or stressed of thinking or doing something for a day. My dreams become reality.I do same thing whatever I have in my dream like shouting, talking, playing and even eating. I just woke up when someone touches me or wakes me up. And the worst thing I ever experience was when I ran out from the house barefooted in the middle of the night and in just a couple of minutes I reached the main door without any hassle. That night was deadly quite. Good thing my mom noticed me. She thought I was going to the bathroom. She realized I was not when I hardly and strongly opened our main door and never come back in few minutes. She knew it was me who passed by along the window. Then she shouted and called my name. She asked me where I am going. I couldn't answer her and just looking around couldn't see anything except the window of my mom's room where lights had just turned on. When I was conscious of what was happening to me, I felt scared and had goosebumps. So I immediately got into the house walking in pain on the rocky road and trembled that someone had seen or followed me.Then I slept again. Thanks for your time reading my story. How about you? Have you ever tried to walk while sleeping? talk while sleeping? climb while sleeping? laugh while sleeping? or any other things you do while sleeping? it might be weird but it happens especially to infants, young children and adults with a very exhausting day. What do you think the reasons why people do the same thing as what they have in their dreams? Is it dangerous? How to avoid this?

What a story... I haven't met a person like you but my brother when he is exhausted or tired when he sleeps he talks and sit. After that he will sleep again. Then when I asked him if he remembers that he said he did not. Your sleep problem is worse, it is dangerous... What if you walk in the streets? You should consult a specialist to control your sleep problems?

Thanks for the concern Vycess! Yeah, it was. It happened only once in my life. And I rarely experience talking while sleeping now. After that happened my mom always sleeps near to me or to my room. I really had great experiences in sleeping when I was young and that was maybe of playing too hard in day time. Yeah, we usually do not remember what we dreamed or what we did while sleeping. But I do remember some because I got scolded by my mom especially when I peed on my sheet..hehehehe. (when i was in elementary school) And always tried to remember what I dreamed about last night, whether good or bad I want to know it. Now, I do sometimes put a notebook and a pen beside me. As far as I could remember, I usually have 3 to 5 dreams in a night. How about you? don't you have any problems while sleeping?

Amazing story! I don't walk while I'm sleeping or even don't talk so basically I'm boring :) but my partner talking while he is slipping. The thing is that I can't talk to him while he is asleep and his answer would be very logic. But one time on the beginning of our relationship I was truly surprised and even angry at him. I could not sleep that night so I was reading a book. My partner was sleeping. Suddenly he said " wait I have to call my wife". I was furious but I did not wake him waiting for more news. But that night it was his only one sentence. In the morning I asked him " are you married?" He said that he is not married and why I ask him such weird question. I told him everything what he said previous night. He was laughing. For me it was not funny at all. I could not sleep al night thinking if he is really married and cheating his wife with me. We still remember this story and after 5 years together I can laugh.

Hi,Koperty! It's nice to meet you here. And it's good that you spent time reading my story. Yes, it is always remembered. Though it happened many years ago but we could still think of it many times and how logical a person will be when he/she sleeps. I really asked myself before why do my parents really snore so loud when they sleep. Then later I found out that through snoring it means their talking in their dreams. They just couldn't open their mouth to talk just like what I do sometimes when i sleep, but they're actually having a deep dream. I could say like this because I actually never snore before until I experienced once. I tried not to talk in my dream because I told myself not to. I'm ashamed that others would hear it, hehheehe. So, it happened. I just snored.
