The ability to see the difference between Critical and insignificant, will make you a leader or a follower. Great leaders know what the first priority is and what can be handled later. If you turn your focus and attention towards the critical, you will never be denied of success. [b][/b]

That's very true! Leadership qualities are not found in all.To a certain extent one inherits it and later cultivates it with the right kind of upbringing and training.One has to be attentive,focused and also have courage to face every kind of adversities in life...all the best
