Why there is rich and poor?

Hi Karagala. Before, I was also asking this question in my mind why there is poor and why there is rich, why not everybody is rich so that there will be no longer hungry people out there on the streets, and when I heard the preaching of our minister, I was enlightened and realized that indeed GOD has a very generous and loving heart to us. Let me give you an example, what if everybody is rich and no one is poor, no one will work for a low-paid job or for manual labor job. No one will ever attempt to get a job that involved cleaning or dumping the garbage, no will attempt to work in a construction that involved heavy lifting, no one will attempt to get a job that involved cleaning the toilet or canals, farming, and a lot more. The pollution will greatly increase. The economic productivity will be lessened and everybody would eager to work for a sedentary job, those jobs that involved sitting for a long time with minimal walking, standing, and physical work. If everybody is rich, people will not tend to work hard since they are already rich. There will be no more goals in life. People will no longer study hard, learn, and teach. There will be no more love. The reason why GOD permitted this to happen is because He wants us to work hard. GOD wants us to feel some sympathy for those people who are in need. GOD wants us to help other people who are very less fortunate. GOD wants us to do His will and that is to show mercy to other people. GOD wants us to be humble and have a good heart towards one another. And most of all, GOD wants us to show love to other people especially to the poor ones. In fact, GOD loved the poor ones, like what is written in Luke chapter 6 verse 20 to 21 (Blessed are you who are poor, for yours is the kingdom of God, Blessed are you who are hungry now, for you shall be satisfied). GOD has a very good heart and He knows exactly what is best for us, superior than we thought is right for us. I hope I was able to enlighten you. You take care always and GOD bless!

hi karagala: according to this saying "there is no poor in this world if you believe in God", God created us with an equal rights as a human beings..Poor and rich are the same except for the financial aspects of an individual had. Only individual who chooses life to become poor or to become a rich.. god speed!

If it were equal we would all be communists. And we saw how well that worked out with China.

Hi karagala :) Don't make ghosts in your head. You are just twisting it off. God created man with equality. He created us with the same rights and abilities. It is time that has changed the way every man lives. For your question, it should not be much of a mystery. We are equally created but it is ourselves that dictates our roles in the society. You will ask "what if I did not choose to be poor but I am still poor?". That is because your ancestors may have done something that lead your family to be in that situation. Also, God provides us things that compensate our current situation in life. There are rich people who are craving for love of their families. There are poor who are happily living with each other even under a little house. There is black and white. There is orange and apples. We are given equal rights and abilities but our roles differ in the society. Don't worry for the financial aspect because God will not judge you base on your bank account's content. :)

Dear Friend There is God no doubt in that. The question regarding rich and poor. Does do you think what will happen if every one is rich. There will ego among people and starts fights each other. Secondly who will work for you. Is the rich person will work for you for low wages. His ego will let to do that. Thus God exist. He has done to balance our nature.
