Whats the best way to go about making a poetry book and getting it published

I have a bunch of poems sitting around in files blogs and journals and stuff and I figure I ought to do something with them. But I need to make it readable because hardly anyone is buying poetry books these days (which sucks)
I want to publish it but I have to make it good enough.
