Identify burn resistor....need help!!! / myLot

I troubleshoot one of my component a tv but i hard to identify the burn resistor..can anybody has a technique to identify this burn resistor value?

multitester it ! set to ohms then test it ! the code of the resistor was by its color thats strips on it ! .. what is the color of the strips ? maybe I can help you ..
