Manila has lost its "Glamour"... or was there any?

I mean.. Manila used to be at its prime... it is the center of trade, all businesses are found in manila.. now.. its quite different, right? we can only remember it for some of the worst things.
Manila used to be what Philippines is. Business thriving, it is like people in the provinces' dream to come to manila and build their life, find their riches.
I wonder really what happened!!! =(

manila has been congested for years. and business people have to look for other places to start their business. as you can see, businesses are blooming not only in the nearby provinces, but even in the visayas and other parts of the country.

I can see this clearly now... :D i mean we always have thought that money and opportunities are only available in the City - in Manila, hence all are here trying their luck... but then i guess it should be as it was... and as it is.. we neglect the nearby provinces, or the city in other provinces... but i think there are as much opportunities out there in the whole country! :D Its great to have you in the discussion, thank you for taking time to respond, appreciate your inputs herewith.
