Now a days the term global citizen has been used so often but there is a barrier of countrywise administrative rules and regulations for freely moving, working and spending life in the desired country as an individual wants. Mostly the citizens of developing or underdevelopped countries have been suffered much to enjoy this thought. I think a global civil society needs to think over this matter that how we could make possible to bring this thinking into practice.
