The coming month is an attractive month to all. Very soon we shall view and smile at the flowers blooming is a festive mood. The Chrysanthemums,Marigold, Snapdragons, Petunias, Daffodils, Tulips8, and Dahlias shall entertain the children, youth and old alike. The Marigold flowers have variety of colors. Many decorate the edge of the borders of the garden with Marigold flowers. Marigold flowers are very pleasant. In traditional families they offer the flowers to God. The people while celebrating the feast of Onam Ganapathy Pooja 8th Septenber Mother Mary's Nativity Feast, Dasera, Deepavali and Pongal use a lot of flower carpet decoration. People believe that Marigold is a medicinal plant. They use it for stomach disturbance ulcers, menstrual period problems,inflammation and eye infection. The wounds too get healed by rubbing the mariglod flowers. It gives relief from pain and swelling.
