So today I was out today doing some last minute school supplies shopping and I say a big pile of monster energy drink (I definatly would consider energy drinks school supplies!) They were cans that were 6.75 ounces and only 50 cents each. I can probably drink about 3 to 6 on a school day. I bought about 35 of them today so I was wondering your opinion.. should i go and buy more before they run out or should I stick with what I've got and when I run out just buy more (they go for about $2+ for a can about twice the size)..? Thank you much

First off, I would advise you to not drink so many. One serving of energy drinks usually have a lot of caffeine, so having 3 to 6 seems overboard. I'm sorry if I seem rude or intrusive in your life, but I think you should try cutting back on the amount you're drinking. There are so many adverse effects excess caffeine can have on your body (increased heart rate, dehydration, increase in belly fat and more). If you don't have enough energy throughout the day, look for other sources of energy--getting more sleep, water, exercising, proper, balanced meals. Keeping in mind what I just said, I think you should consider how long those 35 cans will last. If you think there won't be a similar deal by the time you want to buy more, then I suggest you get some more cans. Also, you should check if they have an expiration date. You don't want to buy a whole bunch only for them to go bad.

I don't find your advice rude or anything else, I understand they aren't very good for me and I probably shouldn't drink so many but I do take into consideration they're small. I appreciate you giving your opinion and that you for your advice.
