Someone had for a long time to access my passport and my passport and all other personal documents of mine. I fear that this person opened under my name and my documents accounts at various banks and lending has taken. I also fear that were closed in my name several mobile phone subscriptions. Since I can not ask all the banks and mobile operators in the world individually, if an account is under my identity, I am clueless and mentally exhausted completely. My fantasy is not enough, what else could be done that with these documents. What this person could have done anything yet so still and do more in the future? How can I find out who did what to who I am and what was done earlier and then stopped? The person is deeply in debt and I have always asked which bank they ever constant supply of credit. The person only has a $ 700, - job. I am concerned that the person opened accounts in my name and credit is taken has. She has also completed mobile phone contracts to the bundled products (cell phones, laptops, Nintendo, etc.) for sale on eBay and make profits. I can not prove anything, because I can not verify. I'm desperate. Should I go to the police and say, my passport and my passport were stolen, so in the future so that no mischief is employed by that person? If these two documents can then be blocked for ever or still in the future so that accounts are opened, because photocopies of them in possession of this person? Is that created information on which companies / banks have asked, because had "I" (= that person who has assumed my identity) allegedly opened an account / complete a contract / taken out a loan? How can I achieve that created it and ask? If I give the police my passport and my passport had been stolen from me somewhere on the road, I must pay a fee? How much is the fee?

So well, in order to satisfy your curiosity, though I originally thought you would without this information only to answer my simple questions: First, I have never thought that someone might be interested in my documents and that you could do it without me and without my knowledge a little. That is why the documents were in my shelf and open to the person "borrowing" light for a short time, without notice that I did. When I brought the person in an argument on the palm, she gave a hint, so that my eyes were first opened and I was flabbergasted the first time in shock. Second, the person seems to have proceeded quite insidious: mail can be easily removed by hand from my mailbox. She came into my apartment and out.

But please remain on the matter! It's not about whether you believe me or not, but to answer my questions and I've described everything in detail. My questions are still largely unanswered, because would you rather doubt the credibility!

I guess that making a statement to the police or ask your bank to credit check you maybe for bills outstanding in your name. I think that it's your safest option to make a statement reporting the theft and as much detail as you can to cover yourself for any future problems. It is scary to think what your identity can mean when it falls into the wrong hands.

The very important question is: What You close that the person is irregular with your personal data? You suspect that, because suddenly she supposedly has more money than they should have in your opinion, you were told something by a third party or have you already received even dubious bills? If you already have, however, tangible evidence that someone does business with your name, do not hesitate a second to go to the police! And for heaven's sake, do not give in, your papers were "stolen" was! In retrospect, the truth comes out anyway and you have yourself a knowingly false statement guilty! Remain exactly the truth and take no account of mere pseudo-friendships or whatever - when crime ceases to every friendship or love! That you will "negligence" in place, I doubt it. Finally, it is normal that the spouse has access to their shared apartment and who had kept his paper in the vault, so that the partner does not find it? And it may well be familiar to visitors even possible to get documents that are kept in the apartment. I myself have "seen horses vomit" during my life and experiences as wives receive a copy of the passport of the husband's secret loans to his name. Or unknown third parties who have started using a stolen passport or ID document, even entire companies on the behalf of others. As I said, if it is "only" a suspicion you gain clarity about the Schufa If you are already bills, etc., from the police! I hit you definitely crossed that all this was not true! Addendum: Very few scammers are so stupid, the victim - and it is in dispute - their actions betray them before they have skimmed maximum available value. I would imagine that your friend just wanted to provoke you, because they may have seen once again that your papers open on the shelf But should the worst have occurred: You have the advantage of knowing the perpetrator. If you've done proved beyond doubt-free become aware of misuse of your personal data do everything in your power to prevent further damage by third parties to avert (which in this case an immediate lawsuit), then you should also any right of recourse the injured oppose rather calmly. Good luck!

Somehow I find that while everything in front of strange, but perhaps you really need help. The person you is so well known. Does the person actually too much like you think they could use the card? Go to the police and let them advise you, because you can still tell the truth, that this person had access to your papers and you do not you dare.

So sleepy / good faith / naive I was, that I had not even dreamed of it, someone might be interested in such documents. This person had access to my apartment because I have no special valuables. In addition, it does not visually too different from when I was at my passport photo. She also has pictures of me that could be used as passport photos. She has certainly copied documents, what are my signature itself. My signature is not particularly limited, but is easy to forge.

When the passport (documents) is gone: Of course you must go to the police. Finally, you need a new ID card and you've got to the old stolen report. Previously you had to only own fault, so lost, idled, and so pay fees for the new ones now but in any case. You have to shell out a couple dozen well. If someone has assumed your identity, you really ought of any bank or company sometimes get mail when you are registered under your name in your apartment by the police.
