How do you get visitors to your blogsite?

I don't do blogs. Blogs are alot of work getting visitors to one. If you have such trendy and good articles why not sell them to a site where you will actually make money? THis traffic exchange also takes work. I would spend that energy writing another good article and selling it.

The best way to get traffic is search engine optimization... as you need to let the search engine know what you have in your blog and in those articles.. you need to write quality content and that should should be unique...and you must white something good..so that the visitor once visited your site will come back again to your site to read your article..In the process you will have some new visitor with a good amount of regular visitor... try to do some keyword research to know what people are looking for and try to find the most searched key word you have included in your article..and increase the density of those keywords....to get a good result in traffic..
