Does anyone know a site that I can actually work from?

I am looking for a place that I can do some work and actually make decent money from. I don't want to do any sort of referal or affiliate work. I would like to do some data entry or form filling. I also don't believe you should have to pay to work so you can keep those sites to yourself. Does anyone know a site where I can sign up and do any type of data entry or form filling for free and get paid?
