@surekharathiji Of course, we all want someone as great as him as our leader. But at his age, whe he has a career that never had ugly shades, once he enters politics, these other politicians will never spare him... Something like what happened with Late Shastriji, Atal ji and Dr. Kalam - they all are great souls but now after the era the politicians have said much against them... That is why. @Viji I know... great people should be away from the dirty games of politics... In case he was younger, I might have accepted but at his age... I think it will be unfair.

As someone said, a government is not formed by a single person. Moreover, there is no election of Prime Minister in our country. So we will need to vote for many Annas before one of them can become PM. I think he achieved all that because he was a free entity. Had Manmohan Singh done that, I don't know what situations would have unfolded. Politics is not an easy job once you enter it. And that will cripple whatever progress has been made so far. So, no I don't think he should contest for PM or MP. He is at a better place. If we want a Good Governance (Not Good PM alone), we should follow what he meant by his protests and fast, which go a long way back...

Anna thoughts are not completely right. His ideas are completely old, supported, and funded by private organisations. Why didn't Anna force the Government to include Private enterprises and NGO's in the Lokpal bill. Now he is fighting for electoral reforms , which is highly impossible and which makes the governments unstable.Instead of making Anna Pm , inject youth into politics , who will infuse new ideas.

No offence but are you government spokesperson? or why are you so hopeless that reforms cant be possible in our country?huh!well I completely agree with electoral reforms yesss! All we youth are asked to "Vote" but but being an youth when I see candidates I see one is with bachelor degree in crime or corruption or other is Master in same field..in that case what we youth are suppose to do and vote for whome.. we need right to recall our representative it will make them accountable to their constituencies. we need right to refuge any candidate who is participating in election with his bad image only because he can give a wining seat to any party...?We shouldn't expect from the parties that they would stop choosing wrong candidate themselves to fight election, all party wants candidate who can win. To tackle this and open the gate of politics for right people we must need right to reject. It will stop black money that our so called Bahubalies used to fight any election they also get the support of top leader by giving donation in party fund.Thats how the system is working nowadays . No party or government will support such kind of electoral reforms but its the demand of today we need these electoral reforms regarding our right to vote.

I think Anna Hajare should be our next prime minister and if he decides it i will definatly vote him but the main question is that how he will go for election because we can not give him vote directly so he needs a party and if he gets support from any other present party than i will not give the vote specially when Congress party will support him because i dont want to see Congress in next election but if he will get support from any other party or he makes his own party than i will definatly vote him. A good thing about Anna Hajare is that he wants that India should go ahead in the way of success so he can do good for India so i will definatly vote him. Good luck for India.

Anna is the right person to be a Prime Minister of India as he is the only person who is honestly fighting corruption and black money. Speak of the Ramlila incident ;) Here check out the wikipaedia page and what it has to say :- en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anna_Hazare

Yes I support your viewpoint. His perseverance to fight corruption is inspirational. The way he has denied personal comforts to protest on behalf of the people has forced the government to re-think.His grit and determination are beyond the realm of praise.I have respect and admiration for him in my heart and I fully agree that he should fight the elections for the post of Prime Minister of India. We need such honest and efficient politicians to run the administration of the country. We need those who thinks not about himself but about the common man.I am sure that a man like Anna Hazare will live up to the expectations of the citizens and will be successful in eradicating corruption and poverty completely from our country.

I think Anna should never stand for the election of Prime Minister and I firmly believe it because Anna is a true 'Gandhian' and we all know that Gandhiji was never in any race for Prime Minister. So, you may be sure of it that Anna would never be a candidate in any election.

I am disagree with you at all. Anna can't be a good prime minister or a political leader. Anna also has said that. Amendments can be made better from outside. Anna said himself that he couldn't pass RTI act if he were in politics. A prime minister has to think a lot more than just corruption. Anna is not a good speaker also. Prime minister should be a great speaker at least. I think Arvind Kejriwal may be a better politician.

Well my opinion is different. Anna ji can do more for the country as a 'King maker'.We have an example ..today who is more powerful our PM or Sonia Gandhi? Anna ji is great personality down to earth, very simple with amazing will power. When I see the list of our all PMs except Lal Bahadur Shastri ji no one else could maintain his image on that post. I would like to see Anna ji with a hunter and ready to guide the leaders either politely or forcefully. Again I quote 'its my personal view'

I think Anna's role is that of a social worker not a politician. So he should continue whatever he is doing and dont think of being elected as a prime minister.

Hiii siliguri good morning I agree with you but Anna's age is more so I think the most of the people not like this and main thing is people like anna because he is not a political person because people not likes any political party so they are supported Anna but afterwards I think they will not support.. But if he is ready I will give my vote for him.

Our politics is surrounded by most illegal peoples sometimes we receive good leaders like abdul kalam but 90% of peoples had good money in their swiss account because they had place in our indian politics. I think anna hazara is 20th century gandhiji as gandhi wont choose politics as he interested to stand outside to fight for people rights. So i always supports anna to live for people rights i dont want himself included with nasty peoples. If we had good background in politics with good peoples we can make him as prime minister.
